[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — Against loan

Dear sir,
I sanket mandali having an loan account no (Lan):- [protected]. Sir i have taken a loan from your reputed company on 2012 to 2014. I already paid 21 emi but due to some reason i unable to paid last 3 emi. But on september your representative has called me and we made a settlement conformity for rs.12400/- (By paid 4 emi) i. E 3093 per month.
On[protected] and[protected] i had already paid two emi. But on[protected] and[protected] the amount of 3093+3093 has been debited from my account as esc/inw/bul.
As conversation with your representative mr. Afzal (Contact no:-[protected]). He is saying that he didn't know about the ecs that has been debited from my account.
1) i want to know that if iam ready to pay the hard cash for settlement why it is debited from my account
2) as per conversation with mr. Afzal on september the settlement amount is rs.12400/- that is already paid (Two emi from hard cash and two emi from account as ecs)
3) mr. Afzal told me to pay one more emi installment that is not possible for me to pay out.
Pls clarify my request for better relationship in future

As conversation with your representative Mr. Afzal(contact no:-[protected]). He is saying that he didn't know about the ECS that has been debited from my account.
1) I want to know that if iam ready to pay the hard cash for settlement why it is debited from my account
2) As per conversation with Mr. Afzal on September the settlement amount is Rs.12400/- that is already paid (Two emi from hard cash and Two emi from Account as ECS)
3) Mr. Afzal told me to pay one more EMI Installment that is not possible for me to pay out.
