Dear sir,

I am writing with this regard to my personal loan. My loan account number is - [protected].

This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under a hard time in recent months & I lost my job and not getting the job for the last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, this time I am doing some kind of freelancing for full fill my family needs, for the last few months I am not able to even work due to my family illness, anyhow every month I am paying EMI to Fullerton India Credit, from the last four to five months I am struggling illness of my elder brother and almost we have paid 4 Lacs to 5 lacs for the hospital bills that can be shown, now I m totally hand to mouth, so I do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

I can able to give 20% of my debts. I agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues in three to four installments, More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as I get confirmation from your side.
