Fullerton India Credit — emi paid but not updated till date

Problem-1-Paid EMI via IMPS-Rs 5253/- for Feb-19 but still not getting updates in app and no phone call and also continuing calls for not giving emi
Loan A/C No[protected]

Plz solve my issue..plZ see the attachment of Paid EMI
And screen shot of app in showing showing EMI due which I have already paid

This is ridiculous having this type of service.
