[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — gave me less amount than, disbursed charging extra interest | |||
Ms sangita rani took loan no [protected], of rs 174140, statement shows net disbursement of rs 167000/- however account was credited for rs 156000/-, where is remaining amount, why insurance was done without consent, full amount should have come to account, then only payment of any insurance should have taken. Disbursement should come complete in account only. Agent said rate of interest id 18 % i have recording available for same, however it is 36 % as per statement, you are looting poor people, give me refund of insurance, and health checkup coupons sold i have not, sangita have not used any such coupon, and close loan account.
