Loan no 81776. Dear sir/Madam, This is with reference to the captioned account number with your company.i understand that my account with your company is overdue to my extreme financial hardship.i would like to bring this to your notice that I have received numerous phone calls/text messages from your employees/agents that are harrasing and threatening in nature..Despite my repeated requests, the frequency of the calls and intimidations ceases to slow down and are intruding into my family life causing great Amount of mental trauma and distress. Please note that I have started to record and every single call received from your employees/Agents. Please be informed that:- The Reserve bank of indias fair practised call for debt collection s(Master circular RBI/2011-12/63 DBOD.No.FSD.BC.14/24.01.011/2011/12)requires that banks and debt collection agents should not resort to intimidation or harrassment of any kind either verbal or physical, against any person in there debt collect efforts.This code also dictates that collection agents should humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the debtors family members, referees, friends, by making threatening and anonymous calls or making calls and misleading representations. By sending this communication it is my intention to stop all your calls and collection activity from this day forth.. Please give this very important matter the utmost attention.
