[Resolved] Fullerton India Credit — misbehavior by collections (recovery agent) | |||||
Team, What is the service you guys are providing for the customer.? I already lodged several complaints (Complaint no #[protected] against your third-party recovery agent so many times, but still am getting calls from them with arrogant and rude behavior. Don't you guys have any discipline or manners to talk on a call with the customer because after several warnings still they are calling me and harassing me also no actions was taken from your side even after highlighting the same.? Am not going to pay a single penny if still this continues and would lodge a police complaint, also would file harassment case in consumer forum. If a customer misses the emi and was not able to pay the emi, i don't think he should suffer from such kind of harassment. I do apologize for the delay in payment but i assure to foreclose the account asap because of your high rate of interest and for your horrible treatment.
