Fullerton India Credit — Otp issue | |
Dear sir/mam, Iam an old user of fullerton and I have sanctioned flexi icredit a limit of one lakh and it's expired date was February 2022.so whenever I'm trying to drawdown the limit it's asking for an otp. But the fact is that I have never received any otp to drawdown the credit to my registered number. I even tried contacting customer support and today I went to branch in T. Nagar, chennai but they were unable to sort out the issue. There is no problem with my number as I was able to receive all kind of otp except this thing. So kindly resolve the issue.
