Fun Cinemas — worst services/abusing with customers

Today i visited at fun cinema's panipat to purchase to purchase 4 ticket today show, at the time of purchasing executive got abusing with me instead of explaining., executives even don't know about the cinema policies /terms and conditions. And their manager also not know about talking sense and said policy got changed within 2 day.. Instead of explaining or cooperation they are shouting at me... They also not provide me customer care number... I will not visit there at funcinema again never ever

Updated by Megha Setia Today I visited at fun cinemas panipat to purchase 4 ticket for today shows executive are totally disgusting people's and even they don't know how to speak with the customers and shouting on me. Non sense kind of manager are there instead of explaining he is arguing with me and said policy got changed. He can not redem points through mobile no. I m totally dissatisfied with the services

Attended a kesari movie show yesterday at 9.20 pm
After interval ac was turned off by staff..
I was with my mom who is asthamatic and she faced a serious problem regarding this... I want to ask a question why u cant provide ac on while movie going on... Why switch off ac in movie hall half hour before end of movie
