[Resolved]  Fundoo holidays — Pathetic trip with high cost and fake promises

Here are the points that I came across with during my trip. So if you have time can you please make necessary changes or I will come to office tomorrow then we can discuss it further. No vouchers were send, vouchers were send when I already left for gangtok 1. As asked and agreed, trip was scheduled to be: first gangtok then Darjeeling but when reached bagdogra airport I came to know that plan has been changed and too without informing me. I had word with someone from fundoo travels for almost 30 Mins and he ordered me that you HAVE to go to Darjeeling. The reason provided was very baseless “No availability of rooms “. I personally checked the bookings in hotel and found that to be a lame excuse. 2. In gangtok on 29th June, as per itinerary day was scheduled for a local sightseeing. On 28th june ( evening ) we received call from Rajeev asked us to get ready by 7:30 A.M next day but never informed us that he is not going as per itinerary and has scheduled 29th June for tsomgo lake & baba mandir. 3. On 29th June driver came late 7:50 A.M and then informed us that he is taking us to baba mandir and tsomgo lake. We were wearing light clothes and left jackets in hotel room as we were not aware that itinerary has been changed again without informing us. I called and spoke to local tour coordinator; he was very rude and unprofessional and did not try to help me. Finally I had to drop the call and requested driver to take me to hotel so that we could take jackets from hotel room. But he denied for the same saying entry for big vehicles stops at 8 A.M and there is no time left now. You can only imagine but cannot feel how bad and helpless I was feeling. I tried to reach shilpi ( fundoo travels ) but her number was going switched off. 4. Taxi was in miserable condition, I have taken some snaps, please check the attachment. After going 10 km car stopped and was serviced again. And then this process continued for every 20- 30 minutes. 5. While returning from tsomgo lake driver informed that brake shoes has been completely over and he need to change them now. It took almost 1.5 hrs. to change the brake shoes and we had to wait outside the car ( on road ). NOTE: Driver was carrying brake shoes in car and he was well aware that brake shoes were almost finished even then he did not change it before our trip even considering the dangerous mountain roads of Tsomgo Lake. 6. If I am not wrong whole trip was scheduled with private taxi ( no sharing ) but that promise was also broken as while returning from Tsomgo Lake to hotel taxi was on sharing basis ( one taxi was brake down and driver adjusted all the passengers in our Taxi ). 7. Before final booking for this trip, one of my questions was: share the daily timings of taxi. But it was never shared with me. I went for flight of 2:15 P.M (from bagdogra) only because I did not want to leave too early from hotel otherwise I was getting the flight tickets @ 11:15 A.M with a discount of RS. 2000. But same was wasted as I was asked to board the taxi @ 6:00 A.M, considering only 4.5 hrs drive max. Therefore We reached airport at 11:00 A.M and I had to wait 3 hrs on airport. 8. It was clearly mentioned in the mail sent by fundoo travel that taxi would be either indica or wagon-r but this promise was also not kept as it was ALTO that drop us from hotel to bagdogra airport.4.5 hrs.of long journey in such a uncomfortable and small car. photos of the cabs were also clicked, pathetic and miscommitment with fake promises and no ownership
