[Resolved]  Furniture Art — not delivered furniture (center table) on full payment

I visited the furniture exhibition @ nesco, nse grounds goregoan west, mumbai on the 23rd of dec 2018. I paid a full advance amount of rs. 5000/- by debit card and ordered a wooden center / coffee table from the furniture art stall. I was promised by mr manish and mr. Abid that they will delivery it in 4 days. Its been 3 weeks now. I have called mr abid 6 times. Most of the time he does not take my call. When he does he says its gone for polishing and he will dispatch it today. They he stops taking my calls. The bill for rs. 5000/- is enclosed. Also the pic i took of the center table i ordered at their exhibition stall is enclsoed. The address of their shop listed on the bill given to me seems to be invalid. This guy is a fraud person taking money from customer and brazenly putting up a stall at nesco with a false address. Mr. Abid told me not to come to him shop when i called him saying they have no shop only a factory. He also does no share the contact numbers of mr manish or mr mukesh who met us at the exhibition and sold us this furniture item. I tried sending them an email, no response to that also.
