I have be in contact with shilpa regarding the above complaint, to which she has not been helpful. We bought from your osborn park store a lounge suite in january 2015, a white bonded leather skylar 4 seater for our new home. We were told at the time, that though it was a bonded leather it would last us for years. During the time since purchase, my husband have been away for home a told of 12 months approximatively. There is only my husband and i living in the house. Toward the beginning of september i noticed what appeared to be a dirty mark in the middle of the first seat, but it was wear! I contacted carcover who looked into it, and wrote and informed me it was not covered as it was faulty material and to contact the supplier. This we did, a technician can and inspected, and said the material was out of warranty but the strutral failure of the form collapsing was. Now yea i know the 'leather' was only covered for a year, but one does expect it to last longer that 18 months use!! I have been not told shilpa that the leather is not cover, so does this now mean i have to buy another lounge?? Nothing about the structural failure and has ignored my email to that affect. I get the feel from her is 'tough live with it' so as you can image i am not happy about the standard of furniture bazaar standards, i hope no one asks me about my experience with your company, as i can only tell the truth, so what is happening about the structural failure.
