[Resolved]  Rp Telebuy Skyshop Pvt Ltd — Poor Quality & Service of Products

Respected Sir,
I Have ordered the product (Sofa Cum Bed) in RP Telebuy Skyshop Pvt Ltd., through phone on 07.03.13. And i received the said product on cash on delivery and paid 4500 as cash. They promised me to give 10 days replacement warranty and 6 month of free service warranty. But after using the product on 10th day i felt the poor quality of it and the product became unusable with air pressure constantly released outside. I have complaint the said problem to the company for servicing. But they are not ready to listen the problem and come for service. But i forced them to come and do the service done. One person named "Herbert ([protected])" service executive came after 2 weeks (03.04.13) without any necessary tools for the repair work. He checked and told that he was unable to find the product and told me to call the company on next monday to get a new product(sofa) coz he cant find a possible solution for repairing it. When i called the company on the said monday, the person who talked was speaking rudely and harsh manner and said that they wont do service, and wont come for servicing it anymore. Also they told to abolish the product and wont get any service or replacement for the said product. This has hurt me so badly and upset me so badly. I Want the said company to take steps to give me enough compensation and immediately replace the product as promised
