Hi, I have been offered the insurance policy where the agent told me that I can get it cancelled within 30 days of receiving the policy. After three weeks when I went to the office of Future Generali on Kasturba gandhi Marg in Cannaught Place, I was told that the policy wont be cancelled because the cancellation window was that of 15 days. This was not update to me on the call also. Request you to kindly look into the matter.
