Have resorted to legal help to claim unpaid retainer service fee in excess of 9 months. Complaint already filed with US department of labor, IRS and dept of treasury. Very unprofessional management.


Offshoe firms should check their premises and facilities out before signing any contracts. SLA's should be discussed and reviewed by attorney. Prospective US and UK residents should think twice before accepting any offer. Have a legal contract signed with jurisdiction in your home city and another one in India.
They are a fly by night team. No proper brochures, no business development team, no databases for suspects. CEO has no idea of Healthcare, he has no focus on his outsourcing business, spends more time on his bike like a Hell's Angel

FGT has failed to pay my retainer fee since July 2014 thru February 2015.. Any Healthcare medical coder should ensure that they have a good contract. The company has been notorious of not having paid it senior employees several times since inception. The company is not HIPAA certified and has no security to protect customer data. A complaint has been registered against them with Department of Labor, Treasury and also TSA. Company does not have any pre requisites to qualify as a business licensed to operate in USA. They do not have a Business License, No Tax ID number or Employee Identification number. They are not registered with D&B as a business in USA. Company bui9sness account has been used more like a personal bank account to pacify the Chairman's love of Harely Davidson Motor Bike, using company account to buy Motor cycle parts.


Any US or UK organization seeking to do business with them should have tehir records checked out before giving them any work
