Fynd — amount deducted but order id not generated also refund not given

I had done online payment of rs.4641 on fynd app for which order is not generated. But amount is debited. When complained through mail getting same reply every time. Even after 4 days are over still they tell issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hrs. Now they are not replying to the mails also.

For messages also reply will be given after. 2 to 3 hrs. This ia very painful. Atleast fynd should provide customer care contact over phone.

I purchased 2 items today morning money debited from my account but i did not receive any order id or etc, I have also money paid transaction id

They sent me refund to fynd account which is my money that i paid for a product and returned and there is an expiry date for my money which i cant even use it!! Cheating !! I lost 1500 rupees . Fake app govt shouldnt encourage these kinds of apps which are making people crazy with offers and cheating us
My amount was debited from my debit card when iam placing an order worth of 1171. But my order was not conformed and placed even...it is not showing in active order status
