Fynd — I am complaining about fraud

I ordered a jean from fynd shopping app before they deduct money they didn't inform about whether product is out of stock or not available. Once they deduct money from account they send message product is out of stock. There is no other sourch to reach them out they ste not responsing. Refund is initiated but not credited in account fake app. Please take action
