My money has been deducted on 23/09/2018 for addidas shoes and it is showing it will reach on 26/09/2018 but still order is in processing and not confirm med by them. I raised a ticket through a mail to there support mail id and chat query also they are not responding on both of them. There not call support from them chat us also they are not responding
Please take an action.
