G Broadband — frequent disconnections,poor custmor service

The service is poor. Internet does not work when there is raining. The only good thing is sharinggalaxy intranet server which is a good collection of video, mp3s. But there is no guarantee on 24/7 connection and when we are calling to complaint number to report a complaint, phone stays busy most of the time. Its hactic and irritating to work in this speed. If you are doing "Work from home" then it is risky having this connection. The connection is not trust worthy.
