My name is Shradha Gupta. Me too facing the similar problem. I got the call on oct 4th 2018, he introduces himself as Devesh Kumar (Marketing Executive) working in G S Enterprise regarding an online form filling work (Part time). Firstly, I was asked to register with an amount of Rs.299 through paytm, they asked to send my ID proof, and they send me a message to download an apk file called DigitalDocs through which they took my details such as photo, mobile number and signature but somehow it does not work out. Anyway, my dock uploading process remain incomplete despite that I got a mail from them, which contain a digitally generated agreement leter. They generated this agreement without specifying terms and conditions; I came to know about it only after I received the agreement. In addition, I was told that I have to complete 1500 forms in 15 days.
I didn't received my user id and login password. After too much follow up 2 days later on Oct 6 2018 I was given a user id and password from mail id "[protected]@gmail.com".
After various queries with lots of chasing them I completed my workload before the submission date. During my submission, I found that the site never shows total forms that I done. It always show some forms less than that I have submitted. At last it was showing 1499/1500 forms. I checked multiple times but all forms are filled and submitted. Moreover, I completed and submitted the work by 20th Oct 2018, but during submission of my work load the PDF doesn't generate. I tried to contact the helpline team on call and by mails. I called many times as I have spent multiple sleepless nights to complete that task. It was not a easy work done. But I was helpless to receive any response from their side.
Till 21th Oct 2018 my login ID is showing active, I received a reply on my mail on 22th Oct 2018, firstly they told that many of your forms are not filled and after my explanation talked very rudely to deposit (5000+2800 INR) as penalty. Then they admit my 1 form is still not submitted due to some technical error and that's why I was not able to generate the PDF and they blocked my ID after talking rudely. They demanded me to deposit Extension charges (5000+2800 INR) which is neither discussed nor mentioned in agreement that for 5 to 7 days extension you have to deposit 2800 extra and it is fixed for all. My Id was locked and they were forcing me to deposit 7800 INR or they will take a legal action. After this, I go to google, came to this site, and came to know that this is Fraud Company. I have given them 5 days’ time to deposit my amount as I have completed 1500 forms and if they don't deposit then I will go for legal action against them.
I request all similar cases to not involve in this fraud and those who have entered should come together to take legal action against GS Enterprises.

I am pushpa now i am also facing same problem so they asked 7800 Rs but dint give that money but just now advocate calling me and told your case register in Court so i am getting confusion and they emotionally abusing me

Guys same happened with me 2 hours ago? Ye bataao aage he fraud log dikkat toh nhi denge...maine inki phone pr hi gaand maarli advocate saale ki..

Woh log kuch nahi kar sakta yeh fake lawyer hai. Indian constitution ka articles k bare me puch k dekhna pata bhi nahi hoga aur lawyer bol raha hai. Agar yeh log sach much me hamari legal action lene ki kosis karenge toh hamare liya acha hi hai kam se kam pata toh chalega kaun hai yeh log. Aur yeh log esa koi step liya toh khud expose ho jaiga aur khud phas jaiga. Yeh log frauda, criminals hai inse thora sa bhi nahi darna.
Abhi muje bhi kisi advocate ka call aya tha. 8000 pay karne ko keh raha tha. Pls koi bataye aage kya karna hai. Kya hum in ke copmlaint karaye

We are facing same issue G S Enterprise is a fraud company i am rohini they called me and harass me please help me to do any thing. i will go to police station and raise the complaint against this company.

Don't worry bro, they will do nothing. I emotionally asked my executive about it cause they thugged me for 14000 but jo hua so hua...she said that kuchh nhi hoga tension mat lo agar aage caal kh dena ki jo karna hai karo she said this and also that i would never take her name...dont worry guys just email your story to any news portal i did it to quint . You all also do the company change every month...last month they were gs solutions...upar wala inhe garakh karega insha'Allah

Sir/madam iam HARISH BABU worked G S ENTERPRISE online data form filling last 2 weeks ..i want to releave from the work . they demanded 10200 . I had paid it. but now they demanding additional 5000 rupees from this no [protected]
Company Documents are forged fake and unregistered through no personal contact to know person by a registered company website email and communication using public email accounts asking for registration fees and no login done by company name registered websites as an employer login or a contract based service and is a personal mistake by the consumer so alway check website location online and company registration at ministry website of government always report to police in cyber cell so they can be search and found

I worked here in 2018 have submitted the work last date in the evening, next day I got call, your work is Incomplete and didn't submitted on time, so you have to 5000 and I Ignored their calls, started to send the messages, your case has been filed, started to get calls from advocates, extreme black mail and I paid the money
Again they called on Jan 2021, same black mail calls and messages,
Totally scared and paid 18980, after paying full payment, waiting for clearance letter
When I tried to call, they were not responding to call and very next day phone was switched off
And i completly fooled by this people.
Friends please do not, do not pay them

This fraud team contacted me from GS Enterprise Company name with the same address above mentioned. Now they are also threatening me to pay the money the advocate associates all are fake they are using a series of mobile numbers and mail id to cheat us please somebody take action against them. I have also registered a complaint here.
