My name is Sunita Radhe. Me too facing the similar problem. I got the call on oct 9th 2018, he introduces himself as Sai Kumar (Marketing Executive) working in G S Enterprise regarding an online form filling work (Part time). Firstly, I was asked to register with an amount of Rs.299 through paytm, they asked to send my ID proof, and they send me a message to download an apk file called DigitalDocs through which they took my details such as photo, mobile number and signature but somehow it does not work out. Anyway, my docs uploading process remain incomplete despite that I got a mail from them, which contain a digitally generated agreement leter. I came to know about it only after I received the agreement. In addition, I was told that I have to complete 1500 forms in 15 days. I didn't received my user id and login password. After too much follow up same days later on Oct 9th 2018 I was given a user id and password from mail id "[protected]@gmail.com". After various queries with lots of chasing them I completed my workload before the submission date. During my submission, I found that the site never shows total forms that I done. It always show some forms less than that I have submitted. At last it was showing 1500 forms. I checked multiple times but all forms are filled and submitted. Moreover, I completed and submitted the work by 22th Oct 2018, but during submission of my work load the PDF doesn't generate. I tried to contact the helpline team on call and by mails. I called many times as I have spent multiple sleepless nights to complete that task. It was not a easy work done. But I was helpless to receive any response from their side. Till 23th Oct 2018 my login ID is showing active, I received a reply on my mail on 25th Oct 2018, firstly they told that many of your forms are not filled and after my explanation talked very rudely to deposit (5000+18% GST+2800 INR) as penalty. They demanded me to deposit Extension charges (5000+18% GST+2882 INR) which is neither discussed nor mentioned in agreement that for Same days extension you have to deposit 8782 extra and it is fixed for all. My Id was locked and they were forcing me to deposit 8782 INR or they will take a legal action. After this, I go to google, came to this site, and came to know that this is Fraud Company. I have completed 1500 forms and if they don't deposit then I will go for legal action against them. I request all similar cases to not involve in this fraud and those who have entered should come together to take legal action against GS Enterprises. i am also in same condition so what we do now we should pay them or not
No dear dont pay them. Even i am facing the same problem. But when i visited this site, i came to know this company is fraud. They signed the agreement on the bond paper which has a same number and date from the maney people.
Same thing happened to me. Lets take action against them. We all the victims together should come forward and take action against them. My whatsapp no. [protected].

they already mention according information technology act 2000 digital sign act applies to the validates for basic purpose therefore is to authenticate the document. to identify the person and to make the contents of the document binding on terms. Digital signature raise the same liability as the regular one for the causes of criminal and civil matters.
& without notry or affidavit this stamp paper is valid for court matters?

Company's brochure does not talk of any penalty. Company's forms are devised in such a way that no one can fill even a single form accurately. If you put full stop they will say it is coma, if you put column they will say it was semi column, if you type capital i they will say it was "small - l" and so one. Great brains in designing the forms.
Further, there has to be an official letter from the company through its official email or official letter head. The company does not issue any such demand for penalty to the people. They straightaway talk about legal action. Company with no address - no official telephone no, official website, official top executive - to officially communicate with the candidates accepting form filling work.
First official demand should come from the company - and not the legal advisors.
Only if the official claim or demand letter from a company is not answered the question of legal action comes into picture.
Also company changing its name often, uni services, g s solutions, g s enterprise, spectrum info etc. Operating from surat, where as the stamp paper is obtained from latur maharashtra. One single stamp paper used for multiple agreements, thanks to color xerox.
All available mobile nos of the people from so called g s enterprisesm and fradulently generated email ids should be kept under surveilence to check how many people they have duped, and under duping process.
