[Resolved]  Gaana.com — Regarding auto renewal

I used gaana for a day in april 2022 . since then i haven't used gaana but gaana renewed my subscription without my permission . 499 has been debited from my paytm account without my permission .So its a request to higher authorities of gaana to take a look at this issue. and i need my money back. this is immoral to take someones money without their permission.

Please refund my money of 499 Because I don't have gaana app and I have money problem so please my money refund I want to cancel my ganna subscription please try to understand my problem thanks
