Gaana.com — 3 months subscription of gaana

Hi, i had opted for 3 months subscription by paying rs. 297 on 3rd jun.17 (Transaction: bil/001223639399/gaana.com/HTTPS://PAY) by using my mobile no. But till now, i'm unable to download a single song. Also even after logging in on the website, the status does not change to gaana+, so whether my activation is done or not. Had submitted complaint on gaana email too which only got acknowledged by gaana.com but problem is not resolved.
Please help and resolve the issue urgently.
