[Resolved] Gaana.com — 399 deducted after cancelling subscription and disabling auto renewal | |||
Hi I've contacted gaana through their support option in the app... But am not getting proper or meaning full response from their side.. They just send some screenshots to justify the same. Also mailed them but no reply. i've cancelled my subscription and also disabled auto renewal before two months but i've been charged with ₹399 on (September 10, 2019) So i request you to cancel the subscription and refund me the amount back. I've contacted gaana through their support option in the app... But am not getting proper or meaning full response from their side.. They just send some screenshots to justify the same.
