[Resolved] Gaana.com — app says subscription has expired | |
I paid rs. 399 for 1 year subscription on 8th december '18, but now it says my subscription has expired. I am unable to download any songs. I tried to use the chat function in the help section of the app but they are not very responsive. They responded on the 1st day asking for my subscription details but nothing since then. I have also attached a screenshot of my payment to them while subscribing but no one seems to have even looked at that. Was this information helpful? | |
