I removed my card details from app and not give permission to auto renewal. But today it automatically renewed and deducted amount from credit card. I tried to get support from app, but the response is very bad and customer team is not yet interest to give proper explanation. Why your team is behaving like this??
Also i am request you to cancel the auto renewal option from my ganna account and will ensure that no deduction will happen again.
I remember you to to kindly give proper response to customer.
