[Resolved] Gaana.com — auto renewal cancelled and again charged

I cancelled the auto renewal process earlier itself and renewal was showing till 20th was no in gaana but suddenly on 21st today charged 99 inr from my credit card. So cancel the wrongly charged subscription and refund me the amount. Gaana is not doing a right approach to customer, there is no customer care number and online chat faciltiy they are having is not attendable. Emails also there is no proper response.

Updated by Renju Anu hello there is no update received from Gaana team regarding my compalint, if a customer cancel the auto renewal manually and showing in application NO renewal then what is the meaning of charging?
