[Resolved]  Gaana.com — cannot download in spite of having valid subscription

Have been trying to download songs since 17.2.18. But cannot do it as it is asking for fresh subscription, and after selecting the option it is saying that my gaana subscription is valid till july 2018... I tried logging out and logged in again, n tried the same process but it wouldnt go ahead... Also trie to add one moth subscription but still i said the same thing and wouldnt go ahead... Pl advice what to do to rectify the problem and i can download the songs.

Hi I am mr.sakharam kharwat .I have subscribed your a Gaana download services for a one month subscription I have enjoyed it very well.now I don't want to continue the same services or download . today I got a massage that you have deducted a 99 rupes from my account.so please stop that emedetly.or refund me in a same account which I have provided to you.thank you

Please stop my monthly subscription to Gaana service . because I have paid for one month only and I don't know why you deduct the payment for onther moth so I don't want to subscribe any more.. please stop it.
