[Resolved] Gaana.com — can't play song in other player

Purchased one year subscription of gaana.com. It says to download songs i have to purchase any subscription. I did. After downloading. I click on download it started and completed. But now i can't find the files in anywhere. I can only play them from gaana player. If i have to listen songs why would i purchase subscription?... It's a fraud... They should provide. Mp3 files so that we can listen and share the songs as well.

Gaana.com Customer Care's response Dear User, We don't provide Mp3 songs. We have an agreement with our music partners that all the songs should remain within the app and this is how all music streaming services work. Please share the screenshot of the invoice and order id of the payment at [protected]@gaana.com so that we can process the refund.
