Hi, I registered my self on gaana with free coupon of 3 month after that app asked me to attach card details to register with a free coupon then i registered with it doesn't mentioned that after 3 month they will auto debit my card i used the app for 1 month i didn't like it much then left it as it is suddenly got a message that gaana app debitted my card i am trying contacting them through emails and calls not even single interaction is being done this is really pathetic Account no gaana [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

We apologize for the delay in response and if our service did not meet your expectations, and appreciate you taking time to share your concern Please note that once you redeem the voucher, it clearly gives a message that to ACTIVATE the GAANA PLUS SUBSCRIPTION complete the details on the payment page and before you choose the plan where on the top the clear message on AUTOMATIC RENEWAL is shown, you can refer the attached screenshot for the same. Hence, this was a completely valid and authorized transaction. For any further issues you send us an email at [protected]@gaana.com.
