[Resolved]  Gaana.com — download issue

I have subscribed for the six months plan and have paid the necessary amount. I have been trying to download albums; however, it shows "queued" even after downloading - how can i completely download the albums? If i am offline and want to hear the songs, would that be possible as they have not been downloaded entirely - need to know why it shows queued even after downloading completely

We regret the inconvenience caused and sorry for the delayed response. This generally happens due to the intermittent network connection and the song gets stuck in the download. We request you to please remove all the songs from the download queue and then log out of the app. Log in again and then try to download one song at a time. This should fix the issue. We hope that by now this has been fixed but if the issue still persists, please feel free to write to our support team at [protected]@gaana.com so that we can help you ebtter.

Dear sir,
Gaana.com deducted rs: 208 from my paytm wallet without my permission and subscribed me to it. I don't want to subscribe and i want to refund my money To paytm wallet.

I donot want to continue with the subscription (If any).

Request you to refund my money as soon as possible

Please do the needful asap...
