[Resolved] Gaana.com — download issue | |||
I have subscribed for the six months plan and have paid the necessary amount. I have been trying to download albums; however, it shows "queued" even after downloading - how can i completely download the albums? If i am offline and want to hear the songs, would that be possible as they have not been downloaded entirely - need to know why it shows queued even after downloading completely Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Feb 20, 2018 Gaana.com Customer Care's response Hi Ritesh, Greetings from Gaana! We regret the inconvenience caused and sorry for the delayed response. This generally happens due to the intermittent network connection and the song gets stuck in the download. We request you to please remove all the songs from the download queue and then log out of the app. Log in again and then try to download one song at a time. This should fix the issue. We hope that by now this has been fixed but if the issue still persists, please feel free to write to our support team at [protected]@gaana.com so that we can help you ebtter.
