Hi, Yesterday my gana subscription auto renewed without my permission and amount was automatically deducted from my paytm account. So i kindly request you to cancel the subscription and return the money which was deducted. So i kindly request you to please seek into the matter and help me out. We do have mentioned about the auto-renewal on our subscription page when you subscribed for the first time. Also, as you purchased this subscription during Diwali offer which already had the auto-renewal term as part of the offer so that you can get 30% discount on every successful renewal for the lifetime. That offer was launched as 100% cashback for the first subscription and thereof 30% discount on every successful renewal. If you wish, we can cancel the auto-renewal of this subscription from now so that no further renewals happen, however, doing that you would lose out on this offer of 30% discount henceforth.
