[Resolved]  Gaana.com — money deducted from my paytm wallet account without my consent

Address:Pune, Maharashtra, 411020

Gaana.com deducted rs: 208 from my paytm wallet without my permission and subscribed me to it. I don't want to subscribe further but then also it deducted my money from paytm wallet.

I donot want to continue with the subscription (If any).

Request you to refund my money and cancel all my accounts from gaana.

Anything which is not clearly visible enough and it has money incurred, it can be a case of fraud.

Please do the needful asap.

I have raised one request in ([protected]@gaana.com) regarding cancelling the auto renewal subscription from my Gaana account.

Instead of keeping my request and they replied me "Thanks for reaching out, we are not available at present. We have received your query and will get back to you at the earliest once we are available and answer your questions."

And deducted my money without my Consent from my Paytm Wallet.

This is really bad of you, it is a kind of Fraud.

Request you to initiate Refund process ASAP. Otherwise i dare you to challenge in Consumer Court (if required).

Received a reply from gaana .com As per them they have cancelled the auto-renewal subscription. However they have not initiated my refund.

Request you to initiate Refund process (INR 208), as i haven't given consent for the same.

They are not ready to give the refund too
Firstly delink my account and give me back my money as i don't use your services
I want my miney back as soon as possible
Your customer care number is fake as no one picks up the call

The refund was not possible as this was the discounted offer and a non-refundable offer which was updated in the terms and conditions.
