[Resolved] Gaana.com — money deducted without my consent

Gaana.com deducted rs:208 from my paytm wallet without my permission and subscribed me to it. I don't want to subscribe further but then also it deducted my money from paytm wallet. I've not downloaded any song in my lifetime from gaana.com
They are not refunding my money saying its not possible. I want my money back and cancel that subscription.
Please help

We regret the inconvenience caused. We do have mentioned about the auto-renewal on our subscription page when you subscribed for the first time. Also, as you purchased this subscription during Diwali offer which already had the auto-renewal term as part of the offer so that you can get 30% discount on every successful renewal for the lifetime. That offer was launched as 100% cashback for the first subscription and thereof 30% discount on every successful renewal.

If you wish, we can cancel the auto-renewal of this subscription from now so that no further renewals happen, however, doing that you would lose out on this offer of 30% discount henceforth. Please confirm if you still wish to cancel the auto-renewal.
