Hi, I am Vaibhav Dalvi from Mumbai. This is to bring to your kind notice that I have subscribed for gana online with payment of Rs 999/- for one year on 25th Dec 2016. Then why you are debating 99 Rs on monthly schedule (each 10th day of month) from my credit card. What happened to my subscription of Rs 999/-.
Please kindly refund Rs 999/- to my account immediately Or refund me the the last monthly charges up to March17. Please update.

Gaana.com Customer Care's response Hi Vaibhav,

We are sorry for the issue. It seems that two different subscription are active on your account and one of them is on auto renewal mode.

Request you to share your registered email id and screenshot of the invoices for both the payments at [protected]@gaana.com so that we can fix this.

I have subscribed to Gaana's 1 year 1000/- Rs. Plan. But I am unable to download songs from it since a long time. This is really not expected from a well known company like Gaana! What's the point of spending on subscription when it has no use?
I definitely need a refund if this is a case!
