Hi, I am Vaibhav Dalvi from Mumbai. This is to bring to your kind notice that I have subscribed for gana online with payment of Rs 999/- for one year on 25th Dec 2016. Then why you are debating 99 Rs on monthly schedule (each 10th day of month) from my credit card. What happened to my subscription of Rs 999/-. It seems that two different subscription are active on your account and one of them is on auto renewal mode.
