Verified Support Feb 20, 2018 Gaana.com Customer Care's response Hi Surya, Greetings from Gaana! It's disheartening to know that you want to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription. It would be really helpful if you can please share the reason for the same so that we can try to improve your experience. As your subscription is through iTunes, you would need to cancel it from your iTunes store account before the trial period expires on 18th March. Please login to your iTunes store account and in the subscriptions page, you can cancel the Gaana plus subscription. You can also visit the following link for the same. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098 Turning off auto-renewing subscriptions on an iOS device provides you with the steps to turn off auto-renewals on your iOS device.
