[Resolved]  Gaana.com — renewal of subscription

I got renewed my gaana monthly subscription on 31.10.2017 through my sbi debit-card. The amount of monthly subscription is rs. 99/- p. M. But due to some technical error my subscription was deducted twice. The copy of my bank statement is also annexed. But on my mobile app, shows that "your gaana+ subscription has expired. Please do needful done and active the gaana+ on my mobile.

We don't offer downloads on website. The download feature is available only on Gaana mobile app Android & iOS.
Please login with your id on Gaana app and try downloading the songs.

Hi,
I have paid Rs99 for downloading songs and enjoying it. But not able to download songs and when I click to download a song it is taking me to pay page which I have already paid for 1 month. Solve the issue as soon as possible or otherwise refund the money.

I have suscribed ganna 99 by my debit card but no song can be downloaded i have suscribed ganna on 17 november 2017. i want to contact costomer care but it is not working so i just want to downlaod the songs so help me with that.
