[Resolved] Gaana.com — paid rs 399 towards one year subscription | |||||
I have paid Rs 399 towards one year subscription. I received message regarding amount has been debited. The only mistake i did was i refreshed when it was taking very long time to process after the debit message has come. When i was trying to download songs, it is still asking me to pay the amount to download. Please look into it and try to resolve the problem at the earliest. I am awaiting your response. Same issue with me please help. I recharged it's been 2 to 3 months no update from gaana. N I can't even download songs after I paid money for music. I'll share my account screen shot.

It was a 1 year membership.
The payment was done through paytm. Amount has been deducted.
This was not expected from a reputed player like gaana.
Please help
