[Resolved] Gaana.com — regarding gaana subscription not active post mandatory upgrade | |||||
Hi My name is sumeet stephen. I have taken gaana+ subscription few days back for which i have paid rs 399. Today when i logged in gaana.com it asked me to upgrade to new version and to do this was mandatory without which i was not able to process. Once i did it my ganna+ subscription is not retained and i am being asked to renew again. Please help me at the earliest.
