[Resolved] Gaana.com — stop auto renewal monthly subscription of gaana+ | |||||
Last 3 month ago on 24th October, 2017 i have subscribed gaana+ . I have paid the amount through paytm wallet. Now, this month on 22.01.2018 Rs.208 amount has been deducted from my wallet. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop auto renewal subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, how come, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Feb 20, 2018 Gaana.com Customer Care's response Hi There, Greetings from Gaana! We regret the inconvenience caused. As checked, you had subscribed to 3 months subscription in Oct during Diwali offer and as per the offer terms, the subscription was set for auto-renewal so that you get 30% discount on every successful renewal. This was the part of the offer, hence the subscription got renewed at the discounted rate of 208/- instead of 297/- of the original cost. If we cancel the auto-renewal, this offer would not be available any further. Still, if you wish to cancel the auto-renewal, please confirm the same so that we can cancel it and you can use the current subscription. Waiting to hear from you. Thanks, Gaana Support Team! | |||||
