[Resolved]  Gaana.com — subscribe for your download monthly pack but unable to download

Hi team,

I have subscribed for your download monthly pack (Rs.99) but unable to download songs today but i am unable to download.

Please help me on priority. Called on your customer care number but no one is picking the call.

Kindly arrange a call back asap on [protected].

My subscription has been auto renewed without any prior intimation given to me. I do not wish to renew any subscription and need this transaction reversed. Amount: 549rs.

The last payment on your account was for 275/- on 29th Jan, which is the one you subscribed during Republic day offer for 6 months Gaana plus subscription at 50% discount.

We request you to please share the payment details with our support team at feedback@gaana.com for the payment of 549/- if it was deducted so that we can trace the same and help you better.

99 rupees deducting in all month without permission from my account...i already deleted my debit cards from google account and also deleted monthly subscription.then also cash is going in every 99 rupees
