[Resolved] Gaana.com — unable to download gaana | |
I am ganna plus subscriber. Whenver i download an album or a song, it starts showing in the download section (Indicating that it has been downloaded) but when i click on it, the download symbol dissappears and it again start using data to play the song, and i get the icon of 'resume download' When i click on 'resume' the same cycle happens again and nothing gets downloaded Was this information helpful? | |

Please be advised, that if the songs are stuck in queue, you need to delete the songs in queue then logout and login again using the registered details. After logging in try downloading a single song and see it it works.
