[Resolved] Gaana.com — unauthorized credit charges | |||
Hi, I ve been trying to unsubsribe to the 1 month pack renewal but cannot do so. I think i'll be chargd with a hefty bill later. Please look into the matter. You cant just take away my hard earned money. So i had provided my credit card details and was about to unsubscribe gaana once month ended. But they have no provision to unsubscribe. I have a gaana plus account with my mail id and another free account is created with mob no now i want to connect my phone number with my gaana plus account but i am not able to do that help me in deleting that account so that i can connect my phone number with gaana plus account.

Since the last one month, everytime I play any song from the ones I have downloaded, it plays for a while and then just stops. Very upsetting.
