Gadgets 360 — I kall tab with keyboard

I have received i kall n4 tab without keyboard. Product is with keyboard 4699 rs. When i opened there was only tab no keyboard. Urgently i call delivery boy then he asked me to call gadgets 360. Then i call gadgets 360. Then they suggest me to e-mail with photos of package packing. I do it but they replying same thing you have send more photos. I have complete photos given. But they don't replying.
