I have given my mobile for repair two weeks back. There was no response or information on status whatsoever. They told me that mobile is ready after one day and that it is already with delivery boy. When contacted each person of the organization told a different story each time and they didn't deliver the mobile for next one and a half week. After repeated follow up they asked me to come and pick up the mobile. Even after repeated contact they didn't deliver for another day. After dozens of calls they finally picked the call and when i spoke harshly out of frustration. Finally they delivered the mobile but it was an extremely pathetic experience with them
