ADVERTISEMENT — online mobile service fraud. mobile not returned

I have given my mobile moto g5 plus for repair on 13th of february 2018. There was no response or information on status whatsoever. The order tracking on the site was not working. When contacted they informed that warranty was denied by moto. I told them to repair the mobile. They told the mobile is ready after one 10 days and that it is already with delivery boy. When contacted each person of the organization told a different story each time and they didn't deliver the mobile for next one week. After repeated follow up they asked me to come and pick up the mobile. When i went to the store they said the mobile is somewhere else and that they would deliver that night. Even after repeated contact they didn't deliver for another day. When tried to contact they switched off their mobiles. After dozens of calls they finally picked the call and when i spoke harshly out of frustration they threatened me to come to the shop directly and that they would see me off directly. I am sure of them resorting to verbal or physical abuse if contacted directly. They didn't even respond after that point and never delivered the mobile back.

Please STAY AWAY from them!!! Total unethical in their business.

Long story.

I gave my mobile with a complaint of screen is blacked out. They informed for screen replacement 3.8k n if it's connector issue only rs.550. During the pickup, the guy told I will receive a call about the issue. After picking up the phone, no update. When enquired via whatsapp, they informed that the phone has motherboard issue and they have started worling on it.

I was shocked/surprised and asked them without my consent why they started repair? No proper answer for that...When asked to return the phone (without doing any further damage), they claimed if they return the phone might be unusable /un servicable by another service centre as they have replaced some components in motherboard. (As it is part of their diagnostic procedure to replace some component in motherboard and test!!!)

Charging 8k for whole for the repair...they clearly put me in trap...Now there is no way, I have to go with them, atleast to get my phone in working condition. :(

They are unfit for doing business and Mr.Kumar doesn't want to talk with customer and never answer the question, that why they started repair on the motherboard with out owner's consent ?! Also till date didnt provided the bill !!!

I made a mistake of not reading the reviews provided here, before opting them. Please stay away. Give your phone to company's service center even if they charge bit high. You will have peace of mind
I contacted them to have the screen of my vivo phone fixed... Their person came to my place and fixed the screen.. wrapped it in rubberbands and told me to leave it that way for 6 hrs to set... When i got back home from work i took off the rubberbands and realised that the tech has also fixed a brocken screen and then coved it with rubberbands

I tried calling them and also messaged them... No response whatsoever..

Don't even bother to give them any business.. you will be swindled of your money .


I had availed mobile screen replacement service and had asked to replace the broken screen with original screen. They replaced the screen and charged me Rs.6200(OnePlus 5T). They even said, replaced screen will have 6 months warranty but within a day of delivery, the screen started having green patch. When I contacted the company, they said it will go within few days. Waited for almost a week and this patch did not go, on top of it, screen started turning blue. When I contacted again, they stopped responding to my calls and messages.

Be aware, they will ask you to pay through Gpay and post payment within a day they will send the invoice . It has been more than 15 days, they have not given me invoice.

I have registered a legal case against the company.
