I have given my mobile sony for repair on 19th of apr 2019. There was no response or information on status whatsoever. The order tracking on the site was not working. When contacted they informed that warranty was denied by moto. I told them to repair the mobile. They told the mobile is ready after one 10 days and that it is already with delivery boy. When contacted each person of the organization told a different story each time and they didn't deliver the mobile for next one week. After repeated follow up they asked me to come and pick up the mobile. When i went to the store they said the mobile is somewhere else and that they would deliver that night. Even after repeated contact they didn't deliver for another day. When tried to contact they switched off their mobiles. After dozens of calls they finally picked the call and when i spoke harshly out of frustration they threatened me to come to the shop directly and that they would see me off directly. I am sure of them resorting to verbal or physical abuse if contacted directly. They didn't even respond after that point and never delivered the mobile back. Was this information helpful? | |||
