I have to lodge a complain against galaxy data services, they provide projects to work from home and promise a pay of approx. 30k depending on the accuracy report generated within 3-5 working days.
I had submitted my project on 10th november as per the deadline and was promised in an email stating the accuracy report will be sent within 3-5 working days. After 7 working days when we contacted them they had no information on what was happening with my project and their extremely rude representative mukesh sharma said that they will take another 48 hours to check the file. Which is already beyond the time frame and violation of their contract, we still gave them 48 hours, and to no surprise there was no response. After 60 hours when we contacted them they said due to holiday they need another day and they will send the report. We did not agree to it but had to choice but wait. They took another day without any response and today finally after 15 working days they have sent in accurate file.
Hence, due to scam and violation of their contract, we need to claim our investment which was 8350/- and compensation for the time we wasted in working for them and then waiting for their rude staff to respond in highly unprofessional manner.
