Galaxycard — not returning my fixed deposit amount

Hello,

I deposited in 3000 rs in GalaxyCard app as fixed deposit against credit card amount is 2000 in app.

When I pay anything in any store it is gave me error and I have raise complaint about many times but no response yet received I want my 3000 defend back and discontinue my account. But they also not refund any amount and there is no such number given for help to customer.

The said fee is a separate independent service fee charged by GalaxyCard named "Credit Improvement Card". The same can not be equated to Fixed Deposit (FD), while signing the agreement with our NBFC partner, the user can voluntarily opt for the Credit Improvement Card service.
Further while signing the agreement with our NBFC Partner the terms are clarified beforehand. (signed digital copy of the agreement can be provided to you through [protected]@galaxycard.in)
However, in parallel GalaxyCard runs a joining fees cashback offer for a refund of the monies for the Credit Improvement Card holders. However, the same is subject to the conditions:

1.Refund will be in the form of amazon gift card

2.Can be claimed only at the time of closing GalaxyCard account

3.1500 refund when you spend more than Rs 30, 000

4.Full 3000 refund when you spend more than Rs 60, 000

5.Only one cashback can be claimed

6. Customer has not been overdue for more than 90 days.

The above conditions are to be read as a whole and not in part and parcel.
