[Resolved] Gallivant International — holiday package provider | |||||
We joined this company as a member. They informed us about providing a free holiday package. We have been trying to contact them since 3.1/2 months but they are saying that all the bookings are full & that you can only book 1.1/2 month in advance. Not before that. We dont understand that if 45 days advance can be booked how are the bookings full for 4 months. Our emails are not getting response. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jun 30, 2018 Gallivant International Customer Care's response Dear sir, As per our verification you have a 5 years membership and down payment made of 20, 000 as a down payment your booking can be done on your free voucher that you have won as a lucky winner but not on your membership because as per your agreement you can avail of 2nights/3 days on completion of 50% of the amount and 100% services on completion of the whole amount of 80, 000 . Thus as per your latest mail we have replied and will be shortly sending you the list of hotels for the month of July as confirmed by you between 12th July to 15th July . I Munish Sharma, an ARMY soldier have taken membership and deposit money amounting to Rs 45000. However, I am not able to avail this package due to my service reqmt in Army. I kindly request you to pl reimbursed my amount of Rs 45000.
