[Resolved] Gallivant International Holidays Private Limited — fraud and scam by gallivant international | |
I had taken this membership in november where they followed model similar to magic holidays, priority holidays, sterling holidays etc. When i came back home and checked their reviews it was really bad and seemed like a scam. But since i had already swiped my card i was trapped and had no option. I have been chasing them for hotel booking and stay voucher but its only getting revolved and rotated but no confirmations from them. The have also stopped picking up calls from my mobile number after me chasing them and leaving no opportunity for them to escape. I feel cheated and scamed since now i have lost my money and now have nothing in return as well They committed for gym voucher : but not received They confirmed holiday : tired chasing them but nothing confirmed. I am heena khan and i just been mumbai gallivant internationals kurla office today.. I just want to say please dont fall prey to such type of companies, by just seeing the lucrative offers..
1. Though company claims that they are covering almost whole world`s hotels, but they dont have any office internationally. How they would be doing tie ups with international hotels without having office there..
2. Company is quite new so we shiuld not believe such companies who come, collect money and then may be disappearing.
3. How they are giving same package rate for national and international hotels??
isnt this raise a question?? is it possible?? no, never.
And that also for 30 years..
Even back doesnt give same rate for 30 years..
4. 30 years is a big time. Such big company as per them, they are, but having office only in india that also 2 place..
5. Priviledges they are offering also is not believable.
When i told the manager, i think selvi was her name, she responded rudely. She was telling final it today only or leave it..
I[censored] think deeply about the package, u will come across more such issues..
Even if company is not fraud, then also it will become bankrupt soon and our money will be gone.. Rest your choice. Take care

I also booked my membership in Nov 2017 but till now now membership card received, i have called multiple times to Pune Customer care, they never pick up a call, once by mistake they had picked my call but after that same issue. can you please let me know what is the way to cancel the membership.
